6:00 – 6:45 am – Group personal training: Upper Body Strength Movements. Location: Big Cedar Fitness Center
7:00 – 7:45 am – Breathwork and Stretching with a devotion. Location: Grandview Lawn.

7:45 am – 9 am – (During breakfast) Learn how to protein pack your mornings – protein lattes, gluten-free and protein blueberry banana coffee cake. Location:  Lakeview B.

 

Saturday afternoon with Basima:

3:30 – 4:30 pm – Wellness Seminar: Why gut health is so important. Location: Lakeview A

 

Sunday Morning with Debbie:

6:00 – 6:45 am – Group Personal Training: Lower Body Strength Movements. Location: Big Cedar Fitness Center

7:00 – 7:45 am – Breathwork, Stretching with a devotion. Location: Grandview Lawn

7:45 – 9:00am – (During Breakfast) Learn how to make collagen smoothies, homemade granola, and berry coconut yogurt.  Location: Lakeview B

 

Sunday afternoon with Basima:

12:00 – 1:00 pm – Learning Lunch: Feeding your body for success. Location: Lakeview A

3:30 – 4:30 pm – Hike & Learn: Healthy Lifestyle. Location: TBD

Monday morning with Debbie:

6:00 – 6:45 am – Group Personal Training: Full Body Strength Movements. Location: Big Cedar Fitness Center

7:00 – 7:45 am – Breathwork & Stretching with a devotion. Location: Grandview Lawn.

7:45 – 9:00 am – ( During breakfast ) Q & A Session with Debbie. Location: Lakeview B

In the case of inclement weather during the morning Breathwork and Stretching Sessions, we will move into the Lakeview rooms.

What to Bring for wellness activities:

— Water Bottle

– Comfortable athletic clothes

– Yoga Mat (WILL BE PROVIDED )

– Walking shoes
