Details:

Everyone will receive a wristband upon check in that will allow you access to the resort amenities

Check-in: Friday, April 26th at 4:00 pm    Check-out: Monday, April 29th at 11:00 am.  There is no guarantee of early check-in but the hotel will do its best to accommodate. You are welcome to enjoy the resort before and after your stay and can always leave your bags in your car or with the front desk at the registration building.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE – The Retreat officially starts at 6:00 pm on Friday 4/26 and ends around 1:00 pm on Monday 4/29. So plan accordingly.

**On Monday morning you’ll want to put your things in your car or bring your things to the meeting space unless you request a late checkout (fees apply) –  not guaranteed to be available.

Transportation
Travel time from St. Louis to Big Cedar is about 4 hours. We ask that you make your own plans to get down there.  Carpool with a friend, drive yourself or fly into Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) and rent a car.  The resort is about an hour south of the Airport.

Parking at the resort
Self- Parking is available throughout the property and is complimentary. There are parking lots near every main area we will be. Registration, The Grandview building, and the Valley View & Falls Lodge.

Resort Courtesy Shuttle – Courtesy shuttle services for the Big Cedar property are offered daily from 6:00am-Midnight. With this service you can see where shuttles are in relation to yourself, get estimated wait times, request a ride and more. Access to Fitness Center –  We have complimentary access to the fitness center and all of the equipment during our stay. Classes and personal training sessions are available for an additional cost. The Fitness Center is open daily 6am – 10pm. More info – Here

Spa  –  Cedar Creek Spa is there for all of your relaxation needs. Whether it be a massage, a facial treatment or a nail treatment, their licensed professionals are dedicated to giving you world-class service. Click here for more info and to book –  HERE.

Outdoor games

  • Sand Volleyball – Beautifully landscaped with a fantastic lakefront view, their sand volleyball court will offer many hours of fun in the sun. You may check out volleyballs at Guest Services desk within the Registration building.
  • Horseshoes
  • Ridge Top Pickleball – Pickleball fans can put their skills to the test at their new pickleball court! Equipment can be checked out at the Guest Services desk within the Registration building.

Swimming –  2 heated outdoor pools & 1 indoor pool will be open. All pools offer complimentary pool towels.  More info on pools.

  • Outdoor pools: The Swimmin’ Hole pool & the Lakeside pool & hot tub  – 10am -10pm.
  • Indoor pool: The Brushey Creek pool located at the Wilderness Club is a family forward pool open all year round that features a large indoor heated pool & hot tub.
